lick33 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lick33 ("lick33", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the lick33 website at lick33.org, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the lick33 platform and close your account. Continued use of any lick33 service following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use lick33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing lick33 voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, business, or undisclosed principal.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of lick33 or any of its affiliate companies.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are accessing lick33 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.

lick33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or a government-issued photo ID card. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, lick33 will suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed. Accounts confirmed as belonging to players under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all deposits refunded where legally permissible, and any winnings forfeited.

Each player may register only one (1) account on lick33. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address used — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, lick33 will close all associated accounts and void all balances without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. lick33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify lick33 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

The information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. lick33 reserves the right to suspend any account where discrepancies between registration details and KYC documents are identified. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

lick33 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by method and are displayed at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are credited to your lick33 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. lick33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless expressly agreed otherwise by lick33.
• lick33 reserves the right to request additional documentation to support any withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers within 2–5 business days.
• lick33 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

lick33 offers various bonuses and promotions including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, time limit, minimum odds (where applicable to sports bonuses), and eligible games will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all lick33 promotions include:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• lick33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including through collusion, multi-accounting, or arbitrage betting, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings, and may lead to account termination.
• lick33 may require proof that a bonus has been used in good faith before releasing associated winnings.

All bets placed on lick33 are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. lick33 will not accept claims for voidance based on player error after a bet has been confirmed.

In the case of obvious errors in odds or game outcomes caused by a technical fault or data feed issue, lick33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets. This determination will be made solely at lick33's discretion.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. All games are supplied by licensed third-party providers and are regularly audited for fairness. lick33 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Specific rules governing individual sports markets, live betting, settlement procedures, and casino game variants are available within each game or market's dedicated rules section on the lick33 platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lick33 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain. Any such gains are void and must be returned.
• Using the lick33 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the lick33 platform or its software.
• Accessing lick33 via a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in matched betting, bonus abuse, or any form of systematic exploitation of lick33 promotions.

lick33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — it should never be used as a means of generating income or relieving financial pressure. lick33 strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling ceases to be enjoyable.

The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all registered lick33 players, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been active on the platform for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and opt out of all lick33 marketing. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

lick33 will never contact a self-excluded player with marketing materials. If you believe a family member may have a gambling problem, please encourage them to use the self-exclusion tools or contact our support team on their behalf.

All content on the lick33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, database structures, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of lick33 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lick33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the lick33 platform without express written consent from lick33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lick33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

lick33's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to lick33 in the 12 months preceding the claim.

lick33 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. lick33 will not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by the lick33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as it appears on the lick33 website.

lick33 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. lick33 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification services) strictly as necessary to operate the Platform.

lick33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, lick33 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the lick33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

lick33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is identified on the account.
• The player fails to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player or a third party with a legitimate interest.
• Regulatory requirements or a court order requires the account to be restricted.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds that have not been involved in a breach will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lick33 holds its international gaming licence. The specific jurisdiction is stated in lick33's licensing documentation, which is available upon request from support.

In the event of a dispute, lick33 encourages players to first attempt resolution by contacting the support team at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, players may escalate the matter to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as specified in lick33's licensing conditions. lick33 agrees to participate in any such ADR process in good faith.
